Nous avons découvert un trou au niveau d’une aisselle après deux jours d’utilisation et un lavage. Sans doute ce trou était présent dès la réception mais nous ne l’avions pas vu. Très déçue.

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre Val André comportait un trou. Vous auriez pu nous adresser un mail avec une photo et ce même après le délai de retour dépassé. Nous ne sommes pas à un jour près et nous sommes une petite entreprise à taille humaine, nous comprenons que ce genre de chose peut arriver.
